I have taken this photo of a gate in my garden. I have purposely taken it at night because I feel that it would look at lot better for a thriller opening if it is dark. It is a pretty good location because it is isolated and not very bust at all. The darkness creates mystery and suspense. It adds uncertaininty to what is in the darkness this is why I chose this as my location recee. Using a long shot in this loation would be very effective to add to the mystery.
I edited the picture so that you can see the background more. This is important for a Thriller because it shows what sort of place the characters are in. It shows they are quite secluded as there are trees and only one house in the distance.
